Tidings privacy policy
Last updated September 28, 2026 · Tidings is an early test version.
Tidings is a free tool from Pure Water Automations that helps churches plan events, write announcements, and tell their teams what's needed. This page explains, in plain words, what Tidings keeps and why.
What we collect
- Your name and email address from Google, when you sign in with Google.
- What you type into Tidings: your church name, your teams and their email addresses, your events and their details, and the posts Tidings writes for you.
How we use it
Only to run Tidings for you: show your events, write your posts, prepare emails to your teams, and build your calendar link. We don't sell your information, show ads, or share it with anyone except as described below.
AI writing
When you ask Tidings to write posts, the event's name, date, time, place and description are sent to an AI service (currently NVIDIA) to write the text. Please don't put private or sensitive information in event details.
Emails to your teams
Tidings doesn't send emails to your teams itself. It opens your own email app with the message filled in, and you choose whether to send it.
Your calendar link
Anyone who has your calendar link can see your events. Keep it private. If it gets shared by mistake, contact us and we'll give you a new one.
Deleting your data
Email us and we'll delete your account and everything you've entered.
